Daber AI vs. Reshetcall: Hebrew AI Phone Agents Compared
Both Daber AI and Reshetcall offer AI agents that answer phone calls in Hebrew. They come at it from different directions. Reshetcall is an Israeli telephony company — cloud PBX and contact centers — that also offers voice AI. Daber AI is built only for AI phone agents: Hebrew-first, and designed to run inside regulated organizations such as municipalities and government bodies.
How we wrote this. Everything about Reshetcall below comes from Reshetcall's own public pages, linked where it is used, as they read in September 2026. Where their pages don't say something, we say so instead of guessing — ask them directly. If anything here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.

Different starting points
Reshetcall: telephony first
Reshetcall describes itself as a provider of cloud PBX, omnichannel contact centers and voice AI solutions (Reshetcall). For a business that is already running — or replacing — its phone system, that means the voice bot can come from the same Israeli provider as the PBX and the contact-center software.
Its Hebrew voice-bot page describes a bot that answers calls around the clock, understands free speech in Hebrew, and hands the caller to a human agent together with a summary when a person is needed (Reshetcall).
Daber AI: the agent is the product
Daber AI does one thing: AI agents that hold real phone conversations. Agents open in Hebrew and switch language only when the caller does. They run on the numbers you already have — through your own SIP trunk or Twilio account — or on numbers we provide.
It was built for organizations where the hard part is not the conversation but everything around it: where the recording is stored, who may see a citizen's ID number, and how that data is deleted on request.
Where they differ in practice
1. Where your call data lives
Daber AI runs in our cloud for most businesses, or entirely on your own infrastructure for regulated bodies — including air-gapped installations with no connection to the internet. The speech and language models are configurable too, including self-hosted models, so a regulated deployment never has to send a call outside its own perimeter. See security and data handling.
Reshetcall: the pages we reviewed don't describe an on-premise option. If you are a ministry, a municipality or a health provider, ask.
2. Privacy after the call
Daber AI runs every transcript through Hebrew-aware detection of personal data — ID numbers, names, phone numbers — and masks it. Each department chooses what is masked. When a citizen asks to be forgotten, you can erase their data by phone number, by conversation, or by case number and date range; each erasure is recorded in an audit log and produces a reference number to give back to the citizen.
Reshetcall: not described in the pages we reviewed.
3. Following a script word for word
Daber AI turns a call script — a sales script, an intake procedure, a list of objection responses — into a call flow. In strict mode the agent says the scripted lines word for word and follows the branches exactly, which matters wherever the wording is regulated or has been approved.
Reshetcall: worth asking how scripted calls are handled.
4. Who makes changes
Daber AI you can set up yourself — describe the business and it drafts the greeting, answers and call flow — or, for public bodies, with our team. Either way, you then build and change agents yourself: in the dashboard, over a public API with webhooks, with call activity written back to Salesforce or HubSpot, or directly from an AI assistant such as Claude or Cursor.
Reshetcall describes deployment guided by a dedicated project manager, from specification to go-live (Reshetcall) — a good fit if you would rather not run the project yourself.
When Reshetcall may be the better choice
- You want your phone system, contact-center software and voice bot from one Israeli provider, under one contract.
- You prefer a fully managed project with a dedicated project manager over building agents yourself.
When Daber AI is the better choice
- You are a public body or handle regulated data, and calls must stay on your own infrastructure.
- Transcripts must be masked, and you need to fulfil erasure requests with an audit trail.
- Scripts must be followed word for word.
- You want your own team — or your developers, or an AI assistant — to build and change agents directly.
Questions to ask any Hebrew voice-agent vendor
- Can I call a live agent right now and hear it handle a real Hebrew conversation — including an ID number read back digit by digit?
- Where are recordings and transcripts stored? Can it run on our own servers?
- Are ID numbers and names masked in transcripts? Who can see the unmasked version?
- How do I delete one caller's data, and is there an audit record of it?
- When a caller asks for a person, can it dial an extension, or only a main number?
- Can we change the agent ourselves, or does every change go through you?
- What exactly is billed — minutes, calls, seats, setup?
